Export a table to CSV or Excel
- In Softr Studio, select the Table block that shows the records you want.
- Add a top-bar button and set its action type to Download.
- Publish the app. Users click the button to download the table as a CSV or Excel file.
The download follows the table, so show every field you want in the file before you share the button. Check that your Softr plan includes downloads, too.
Export a record to PDF
- Add a button to an Item Details block (the new version of the block).
- Set its action to Export, enter a default file name, and choose the block or the whole page.

Export everything from Softr Databases
Softr's exports work from the blocks in your app rather than from the database itself. To pull a whole table out, show it in a Table block with every field and download it, or read the data with the Softr Databases API or a tool like Zapier or Make.
Generate PDFs automatically with FlexiPage
