How it Works

A report is one Airtable record (a project, a client or a week) plus the tasks that belong to it.

Connect your base

Sign up with FlexiPage and connect the Airtable base that holds your projects and tasks.

Design the report

Add the project's fields, then list its tasks as tables: done this week, due next week, blocked. Sort and filter each table and add a summary.

Send it on schedule

Paste our script into an Airtable automation. Each run saves the PDF to an attachment field, and can email it too.
