1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Flexipage, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use of the service immediately. Flexipage reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the service following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
2. User Accounts
Users are required to provide certain information to access the service, including their email address. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Accounts are non-transferable, and any unauthorized use of an account may result in suspension or termination. The service is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using the service, users represent and warrant that they are at least 18 years old.
Users can create an API token to use the product within the Airtable extension. The API token is intended solely for the user's personal use. Any unauthorized sharing or misuse of the API token may result in account suspension or termination.
3. Use of Service
The service is intended solely for document generation using Airtable data. Users agree not to misuse the service or use it for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Data Collection
We collect and store user email addresses, Airtable access tokens, and Airtable base, table, and field IDs to provide the service. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual Property
All content generated by the service remains the property of the user. However, the software, website, logo, images, and all related materials, including the technology behind the service, are the exclusive intellectual property of Flexipage. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, or creating derivative works from any part of the service for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Flexipage. Unauthorized use of any intellectual property may result in legal action.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation
Users may cancel their subscription at any time through the Flexipage product. Upon cancellation, access to the subscribed features will remain available until the end of the current billing cycle unless stated otherwise.
Refunds
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Refunds are not automatic. Users must manually request a refund by contacting paz@flexipage.app.
- A refund request is only eligible if the user has canceled their subscription within 14 days of the initial subscription date.
- Users can submit a refund request at any time after cancellation, but refund requests will not be accepted if the subscription was canceled after the 14-day period.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
This policy applies to all subscription plans unless otherwise specified.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary downtime.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flexipage is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend user accounts at our sole discretion if users violate these terms.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Users will be notified of any significant changes.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
